حدثنا الراوي عما ورد في الأثر من الأخبار عن أهل الورع من كبار التجار في كتاب العبرة لمن اعتبر في أخبار ورع التجار وشيخهم الملقب بشيخ التجار المشهود له بالحكمة وصلاح الأمر لكاتبه مفتي سوق البازار الشيخ الجليل درهم الصراف ابن العراب وكتاب الحكمة في اقتناء الفضة والذهب لابن النحاس الزبرجدي المزيل في حاشيته شرح كتاب فتاوى الأسرار في رفع الأسعار للعلامة يورو ابن دولار، الذي ورد فيه ما ذاع واشتهر من الأخبار على السنة أهل الخير في جمع الأثر من طلاب العمالة وناشري الدعاية والخبر حيث تحدثوا عن عقد حلقات الذكر والاستغفار في سوق البازار لكبار التجار ممن يشهد لهم الناس بالحكمة في جمع الأموال وعقد لهم لواء النخبة والشطارة في أصول جني الأرباح وتجنب الكساد والخسارة في الخانات وأسواق البازار والتجارة ويتم فيها تدارس أصول الفقه في التجارة والربح المنتظر من فنون الشطارة وكيفية التعاون مع ذوي النفوذ في الوقت والزمان المعتبر، وفي إحدى الجلسات المعتبرة وقد تحلق هؤلاء التجار حول شيخهم الوقور العارف العلامة الفقيه في أصول الربح الموفور ذي اللحية التي تقاس بالأشبار الملقب بشيخ التجار الأبرار يستفتونه في الأمور والأحوال والحلال والحرام من الأعمال وجني الأموال بعد عادوا من وليمة عامرة على ضفاف أحد الأنهار في غابة غناء وتمايلوا فيها على أصوات الموسيقى والغناء ورقصوا مع الغانيات والغلمان، وتناولوا من الطعام كل ما لذ وطاب من اللحوم والطيور والأسماك والفواكه والحلويات وشربوا الإنجاب والمدام مما أحلوه لوقته للأمر والضرورة، وما أن عادوا إلى زاويتهم عقدوا حلقة استغفار وعقدوا النية بالعودة إلى جادة الصواب والابتعاد عن طريق الضلال وطلبوا من الله الواحد القهار المزيد من الربح والأموال، وما أن انتهوا من استغفارهم تحلقوا حول شيخهم الجليل للاستفادة من علمه الكثير وبادره أحدهم بالسؤال يستفتيه حول إباحة احتكار البضائع ورفع الأسعار في المواسم والأعياد وشهر الصيام إذا حلت بالديار، فقال أولا اسمعوا مني فاتحة الكلام واحفظوها غيبا على مدى الأيام عليكم بذوي السلطة والجاه ومن يراقبون البضائع والأسعار في الأسواق والبازارات لا تنسونهم من العطايا والهدايا والولائم ومصاحبتهم كل على قدره ومستواه، أما ثانيا لا أكتم الأسرار عما سأله أخونا ابن الكار فالاحتكار في المناسبات الجليلة جائز شرعا ومباح وليس عليكم جناح أو إثم في احتكار البضائع والغلال ولا بأس عليكم في زيادة الأسعار وأخص القوت والطعام فهي عون لكم على المزيد من رفع وتيرة عجلة الاقتصاد، ولا تنسون أن تستعينوا بأهل الفضل ممن تثقون به من أهل النفوذ وأصحاب القرار، وما أن انتهى من فتواه صاحوا جميعا وقالوا زدنا يا شيخنا ومولانا مما أفاض الله عليك من العلم والمعارف في أصول الربح والفوائد وأخرج ما تكتنزه جعبتك من الأفكار والأسرار، فقال جل ما أوصيكم به يا إخوتي من الحكمة المعتبرة لتصبحوا من البررة أن تتقوا الله في إخوانكم الفقراء والمعدمين فلا تعرضوا بضائعكم جهارا نهارا بل دعوهم يجوبون الأسواق ويقضون الساعات الطوال بحثا عنها ولا يجدونها إلا بشق الأنفس بذلك تكونوا عونا لهم في ذكر الله الواحد القهار فضيقوا عليهم الخناق حتى يبتهلوا إليه ليلا ونهارا وبذلك تكسبوا بهم أجر وثواب بحثهم على صرف ما ادخروه من فلس ودينار لأنه من متاع الدنيا ويصرفهم عن ذكر الواحد القهار ويحرمهم من جنة الأبرار، فقالوا بالله عليك يا سيدنا زدنا لا عدمناك ولا عدمنا فتاويك الجليلة، فقال لهم هل أوصيكم وصية لطيفة تنفعكم وتدر عليكم الأرباح، فقالوا نعم يا شيخنا عالي القدر والمقام، فقال استوصوا بإخوانكم الأغنياء فهم لكم عونا في قضاء كل حاجاتكم ويدرون عليكم الأموال دون حساب لتكن مخازنكم دائما متخمة بالبضائع والغلال يجدون فيها كل ما يخطر لهم على بال على مدى الأيام فالأغنياء يا إخوتي بحاجة إليها سربوها إليهم على الدوام فمواسمهم لا تنتهي ولتكن طلباتهم مجابة ولا تنسون أن ترفعوا أصواتكم أمامهم وأنتم تتباكون وتتذللون لهم والدموع تسيل من عيونكم كجرف الأنهار وأنتم تلعنون الغش والاحتكار وارتفاع الأسعار في هذا الزمن الغدار، وعلى الفور وقف كبيرهم يشيد بالشيخ صاحب الوقار يستزيده قائلا بالله عليك زدنا يا مولانا من العبر ومن علمك المعتبر فنحن بحاجة أيضا على ما ندخره لله من الورع نستكين فيه أمام البشر، فقال أحسنت يا أخي بالسؤال فأنتم بحاجة إلى قليل من الإيمان وبعض البر والإحسان فجل وأفضل ما أوصيكم به يا إخوتي الأبرار لا بأس عليكم إن أطلقتم اللحى قليلا واعتكفتم في المساجد ساعة من الزمن ليلا وتطلقوا المنام وكونوا كالدراويش الزهاد اجتهدوا بالصلاة والتذلل أمام عباد الله واظهروا التقى والبر وأنتم تجيدون معسول الكلام ولتكن لكم بعض العطايا الصغيرة تهبونها لبعض العباد ممن تتطاول ألسنتهم لكم بالدعاء تدفعون فيها عن أنفسكم عيون الحاسدين وشر الأشرار ممن ينظرون إليكم بازدراء مما كسد من البضائع والغلال والثمار وأصبح بيعه من المحال، ثم وقف هذا الشيخ الوقور معلنا انتهاء الجلسة قائلا هذا ما عندي اليوم لكم مما في جعبتي أفدتكم به أرجو أن أكون قد أحسنت النصح والإرشاد ولا تنسون نصيبي من الربح والمال والغلال والسمون والشحوم ومن كل ما لذ وطاب، واكتموا ما نصحت به في صفحة الأسرار لا يخرج من صدوركم مهما كانت المبررات.

The narrator told us about the news mentioned in the hadith about the pious people of the great merchants in the book “The Lesson for those who consider the news about the piety of the merchants and their sheikh, who is known as the sheikh of the merchants, who is known for his wisdom and uprightness of affairs, written by the mufti of the bazaar market, the venerable sheikh, Dirham Al-Siraf, Ibn Al-‘Arab, and the book of wisdom in the acquisition of silver and gold, by Ibn Al-Nahhas. Al-Zabarjadi Al-Muzayil, in his footnote, explained the book “Fatawa Al-Asrar fi Raising Prices” by the scholar Euro Ibn Dollar, in which he reported the news that became widely known and well-known on the Sunnah of good people, in gathering influence from employment students and publishers of propaganda and news, where they talked about holding circles of remembrance and seeking forgiveness in the bazaar market for major merchants who People testify to them for their wisdom in raising money and holding the banner of the elite, and their cleverness in the principles of making profits and avoiding depression and loss in the inns, bazaar markets, and trade. In it, the principles of jurisprudence in trade, the expected profit from the arts of cleverness, and how to cooperate with influential people in the considered time and time, are studied, and in one of the considered sessions. These merchants gathered around their venerable sheikh, the scholar and scholar, the jurist in the principles of abundant profit, with a beard that can be measured by ashbar, who is known as the sheikh of the righteous merchants, asking him for fatwas regarding matters and conditions, the permissible and forbidden of business, and the making of money, after they returned from a full feast on the banks of a river in a lush forest and swayed in it to the sounds of music. They sang and danced with the prostitutes and boys, and they ate all the delicious food of meat, birds, fish, fruits, and sweets, and they drank procreation and food, which they decided upon at the time due to the matter and necessity. And as soon as they finished asking for forgiveness, they gathered around their venerable sheikh to benefit from his great knowledge, and one of them took the initiative to ask him a fatwa about the permissibility of monopolizing goods and raising prices during the seasons, holidays, and the month of fasting when it comes to the homes, so he said, “First, listen to me from the opening of the speech and memorize it in obscurity throughout the days upon you.” With those in power and prestige and those who monitor the goods and prices in the markets and bazaars, do not forget to give them gifts, gifts, and banquets, and accompany them, each according to his ability and level. Secondly, I do not keep secrets about what our brother Ibn Al-Kar asked. Monopoly on important occasions is permissible and permissible, and there is no sin or sin on you in monopolizing goods and grains, and there is nothing wrong with it. You must increase prices, especially food and sustenance, as it will help you further increase the pace of the economy, and do not forget to seek the help of the people of virtue whom you trust, among the people of influence and decision-makers. As soon as he finished his fatwa, they all shouted and said, “O our Sheikh and Lord, increase us from what God has bestowed on you.” Knowledge and knowledge in the origins of profit and benefits, and bring out what ideas and secrets you have hoarded in your quiver. He said, “All that I command you, my brothers, is considered wisdom, so that you become righteous. You should fear God in your poor and destitute brothers. Do not display your goods openly during the day, but rather let them roam the markets and spend long hours searching for them, but they do not find them.” Unless by hard work, you will be of help to them in the remembrance of God, the One, the Omnipotent. So put pressure on them until they supplicate to Him day and night, and in this way you will earn by them the reward and the reward for their efforts to spend what they have saved of the penny and dinar, because it is the enjoyment of the world, and it distracts them from the remembrance of the One, the Omnipotent, and deprives them of the Paradise of the Righteous. So they said, “For God’s sake, be upon you.” O our master, increase us neither your lack nor your venerable fatwas. He said to them, “Shall I give you a nice will that will benefit you and bring you profits?” They said, “Yes, our sheikh of high standing and honor.” So he said, “Advise your rich brothers, for they will help you in fulfilling all your needs and provide you with money without accounting, so that your stores will always be full of goods.” And the grains, they find in them everything that comes to their mind over the days. The rich, my brothers, need it. They have it leaked to them all the time. Their seasons do not end. Let their requests be answered. And do not forget to raise your voices before them while you cry and grovel to them, and tears flow from your eyes like rivers flowing as you curse fraud, monopoly, and high prices in... This is a treacherous time, and immediately the eldest of them stood up, praising the venerable sheikh, asking him for more, saying, “For God’s sake, O our Lord, add to us the lessons and your respected knowledge. We also need the piety that we reserve for God in which we can find comfort in front of people.” He said, “Well done, my brother, in asking. You need a little faith and some.” Righteousness and benevolence are radishes and the best of what I recommend to you, my righteous brothers, is that there is nothing wrong with you if you grow beards a little and seclude yourself in the mosques for an hour at night and divorce yourselves in sleep and be like ascetic dervishes. Strive in prayer and humility before the servants of God and show piety and righteousness and you are good at sweet talk. And may you have some small gifts that you can give to some of the servants. From those whose tongues pray to you in prayer, in which you protect from yourselves the eyes of the envious and the evil of the evil ones who look at you with contempt, because of the spoiled goods, grains and fruits, and it has become impossible to sell them. Then this venerable sheikh stood up, announcing the end of the session, saying, “This is what I have for you today from what I have in my arsenal. I hope it will be useful to you.” I have advised and guided well, and do not forget my share of profit, money, crops, fat, fat, and everything that is delicious and good. And keep what I advised on the page of secrets so that it does not come out of your chests, no matter the justifications..
